Here’s our little tip on how to save time AND money when you go grocery shopping:

1. Pull out a piece of paper or open the notes on your phone (whatever works best for you) and make your grocery list.

2. Places like Publix, Walmart, Lucky’s Market, even Whole Foods and most stores around us have a website where you’ll be able to find a weekly ad. Open every weekly ad you can find for the stores where you want to shop and compare the prices between one another. Then write down the location of where you’ll get each item based on where you’ll get the better deal.

3. Grab your list, go to the store(s) and get exactly the things you went for.​

 

​Here is why this method works: you walked into every store with a prior knowledge of the deals being held. Normally, you would have probably walked through every aisle wasting time and getting tempted to buy other items you don’t need. Instead, you already knew exactly what you needed to get from that specific location; therefore, saving you time and money.
